Preparations are going well not only for our Launch Gig on 17th August, but also our future regular gigs at the band’s base at St. Patricks Club in Leamington.
Our Pat Metheny catalogue is growing by the week, as well as some great funk and swing charts from the libraries of Les Hooper, Doc Severinsen and Maynard Ferguson.
Our regular gigs will be – wait for it – on the last Sunday in every even numbered month in the year. We do like a formula!! This translates into the following dates for your diary:
Sunday 17th August – 7.00pm till 9:30pm – The Big Launch Gig celebrating Pat Metheny’s 60th birthday
Sunday 26th October – 7.00pm till 9:30pm – The Tricky Second Gig
Sunday 28th December – 7.00pm till 9:30pm – The 80% Non-Festive Gig
Tickets for all gigs are £7.50 and are available from the Badger Shop. Tickets for the December gig will be available mid September.
